WADA Talks with Francis Dodoo
In this third WADA Talks, four-time Olympian Francis Dodoo discusses clean sport
“Sport should belong to clean athletes”
Following the launch of the first WADA Talks with Sir Craig Reedie and Kirsty Coventry, and ahead of the 11th All Africa Games in the Republic of Congo, we caught up with former Ghanaian long jump/triple jump specialist and WADA Athlete Committee member Francis Dodoo to discover his views on clean sport.
WADA Talks with Francis Dodoo sees the four-time Olympian discussing stronger sanctions, promoting the clean athlete and new emerging issues threatening sport.
“I think it’s imperative that we do not lose this battle; that sport remains clean for the young boys and girls, men and women who have committed to use sport as a way in which they socialize themselves into our global society,” said Dodoo.
WADA Talks sees the agency’s Senior Manager, Media Relations and Communications, Ben Nichols interviewing leading figures from the athlete community, sport, government and anti-doping community, as well as other partners involved in the clean sport movement.
