Taking the advantage over from gel-based isoelectric focusing (IEF) for erythropoietin (EPO) doping test, the present project aims to examine the applicability of a direct coupling of affinity capture and capillary isoelectric focusing (ACCIEF) to detection of EPOs in urine samples.
