SAVE THE DATE for WADA’s 2027 Annual Symposium

The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) invites stakeholders to save the date for its 2027 Annual Symposium on 17-18 March 2027 at the SwissTech Convention Center in Lausanne, Switzerland.

WADA’s Annual Symposium is an interactive and practical event that offers anti-doping stakeholders the opportunity to convene and learn from WADA and from one another. It is designed for anti-doping practitioners from International Federations, National and Regional Anti-Doping Organizations and Major Event Organizers; as well as, Athletes, Governments, WADA-accredited laboratories, Athlete Passport Management Units, service providers, researchers, and the media–all that are integral to clean sport. 

For now, stakeholders are simply asked to take note of the date. Further details will be shared when registration opens in 2026. 

The 2027 Symposium is a return to WADA’s long-held annual tradition following a departure in 2026 when WADA will hold four Regional Symposiums aimed at preparing for implementation of the 2027 World Anti-Doping Code and International Standards that will enter into force on 1 January 2027.
