Join WADA for the #PlayTrueChallenge

Further to the World Anti-Doping Agency’s (WADA’s) release of 25 February, WADA is inviting the global anti-doping community to take part in the #PlayTrueChallenge, a new interactive fitness initiative running from 10 March to 10 April 2025.
Building on the spirit of Play True Day that will be held on 11 April, this 30-second challenge encourages participants to showcase their commitment to fair play through sport-related actions. By taking part, individuals help raise awareness about the importance of clean sport and the dedication of athletes worldwide.
How to Participate
- Record yourself doing as many reps of a fitness-related action (e.g., push-ups, squats, wall ball) as you can in 30 seconds.
- Finish your video by walking up to the camera and saying: “30 seconds for clean sport. Play True. It starts with me.”
- Nominate three friends to join the challenge by tagging them in your caption or calling them out in the video.
- Share your video on Instagram using the hashtags #PlayTrueChallenge and #PlayTrueDay, and tag @wada_ama.
Post your video anytime between 10 March and 10 April 2025.
Call to Action for the Global Anti-Doping Community
The #PlayTrueChallenge is a dynamic way to engage athletes, fans, and organizations in spreading the message of clean sport. By participating, individuals amplify the importance of integrity and fair play, strengthening the global movement for doping-free sport, one 30-second action at a time.
We encourage all members of the global anti-doping community, sports organizations, and clean sport advocates to take on the challenge, nominate their peers, and share their passion for doping-free sport.
We invite you to share this message with athletes, coaches and others in your network.
