WADA to maintain silence on BOA case pending at CAS

Following further criticism of WADA in the media by BOA Chairman Lord Moynihan, WADA will maintain its position of not commenting on cases that are pending at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).

WADA has full confidence in the CAS, and will not comment on any pending matter.

It is the usual approach where cases are before a court that neither party comments in order to protect the integrity of the legal process.
