115 National Paralympic Committees Sign Code

During a two-day meeting held April 25 and 26 in Arnheim, Netherlands, the Executive Committee of the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) was informed that 115 National Paralympic Committees (NPCs) out of 160, all sports and all International Organizations of Sport for the Disabled (IOSDs) have signed the World Anti-Doping Code. Any NPC which has not signed the Code will not be allowed to participate in the Athens 2004 Paralympic Games, underlining the IPC's clear position against doping.

The list of sports organizations which have signed the Code will be updated soon accordingly on WADA’s website.
