The Signatory Expert Group has been established to review applications by potential World Anti-Doping Code (Code) Signatories and to provided opinions/recommendations to WADA's Leadership Team (and WADA's Executive Committee) as set out in the Policy for acceptance of new World Anti-Doping Code Signatories (the “Policy”).

One representative from the Olympic Movement and one from the Public Authorities are called upon on a case-by-case basis to consider applications.
The Substitute Chair will replace the Chair if there is a conflict of interest determined.
