Compliance Report 20 November 2011

As required under the World Anti-Doping Code (Article 23.4.4), WADA has published the Code Compliance Report approved by the Foundation Board November 20, 2011.

Compliant means Signatories who have achieved the criteria agreed by the WADA Executive Committee in September 2010. This is a minimum level compliance requirement.

Non-Compliant means Signatories who have:

• Not submitted requested information to WADA, therefore under Article 23.4.3 are not complaint- “Failure by a Signatory to provide compliance information requested by WADA for purposes of Article 23.4.2, or failure by a Signatory to submit information to WADA as required by other articles of the Code, may be considered noncompliance with the Code”.
   
• sent WADA the required information and/or all sources of information have been considered, however, after analysis they are considered to be not in compliance with the Code.
