In accordance with Articles 20.1, 20.2, 20.3, 20.4, 20.5 and 20.6 of the World Anti-Doping Code, the following organizations identified by “I” have accepted the Code and have implemented the applicable provisions of the Code in their policies, statutes, rules and regulations.
To cope with the demand from organizations outside the scope of the Code, WADA needs to engage external experts to assist in the administration of the review of rules and monitoring of Code compliance. In this regard, the following cost recovery fees will be charged to those organizations outside the scope of the Code:
- Code Acceptance: US $0
- Review of Anti-Doping Rules: US $5,000 (one time fee)
- Compliance Monitoring: US $2,000 (per year fee)
If implementation is not confirmed within the 6-month period following the reception of Code Acceptance, it will be necessary to remove the name of the organization from the list of signatories.
As decided by WADA's governing bodies, these cost-recovery fees are not charged to International Federations members of the Alliance of Independent Members of SportAccord (AIMS), i.e., non-IOC recognized SportAccord International Federations.
