Article 23.4.2 of the World Anti-Doping Code (Code) states, “to facilitate monitoring, each Signatory shall report to WADA on its compliance with the Code every second year and shall explain reasons for non-compliance.”
To help Code signatories fulfill this mandatory requirement and report on the status of their compliance with the Code, WADA has developed an online Code Compliance Assessment Survey. This questionnaire consists of multiple choice questions which refer to requirements and stipulations within the rules adopted by the organization or to the actions taken or not taken by the same organizations.
Code signatories simply login, select the name of the relevant organization from the drop down list of user names, and enter the password previously provided by WADA to the stakeholder in order to be directed to the introductory page.
Reporting to WADA on compliance with the Code is mandatory.
This online exercise also enables WADA to provide guidance, if needed, to help signatories achieve complete compliance.
